The data retention period depends on the purposes for which they are processed and may therefore vary, depending on the time necessary to manage the contractual relationship with the user, or to ascertain responsibilities – particularly with regard to computer crimes – and to assert rights in court and for the time provided for by applicable laws.

Communication, dissemination, and transfer of data

Personal data will not be disseminated, but may be communicated to the competent authorities or to public or private entities to fulfill obligations prescribed by law.

  • to request their deletion or the limitation of the processing of data processed unlawfully, including those that do not need to be retained for the purposes for which the data were collected or otherwise processed (right to erasure and right to restriction);
  • to object to the processing (right to object);
  • to revoke consent, if given, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent given before the revocation;
  • to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority in case of violation of the rules on the protection of personal data;
  • to receive a copy of the data in electronic format concerning him/her made in the context of the employment contract and to request that such data be transmitted
  • to another data controller (right to data portability).
