MVN is capable of managing all operations related to surface treatment against corrosion.
The focus of expertise is on anticorrosion cycles for low-alloy steels, particularly for structures, machinery, and carpentry of industrial plants, structures intended for maritime use, structures intended for transportation, reception, or transmission of signals, for construction artifacts, and very delicate mechanical parts (turbines, etc.).
MVN also possesses all the necessary skills to meet various painting requirements in the required processing cycles: priming with organic and inorganic zinc coatings, epoxy primers; application of intermediates with epoxy paints, chlorinated rubber acrylics; finishes with silicone paints for high temperatures, epoxy acrylics; internal coatings with solvent-free epoxy resins approved and certified for contact with food products, anti-abrasion epoxy resins, anti-acid anticorrosive coatings; (…)
All painting operations are carried out according to ISO 9002 standards. Painting operations also comply with standards not issued by regulatory bodies but internationally recognized: SSPC, NACE, RAL.
Moreover, high-voltage dielectric tests and tests are also provided with the release of the relevant certifications.
